Hello everyone,
I currently work as a Team Leader for a large hospitality precinct (Basically i supervise kitchen hands and do kitchen hand work). After 3 years of minimum wage and a promotion last year (no pay rise included in that) I've decided to stick up for myself and ask for raise. However, Im not sure exactly who i need to ask. My direct boss is the head chef, but the ladder climbs much higher than him and I dont just want to be throwing around that question at anyone. Our current structure is sous-head-group sous-head group-culinary director.
