I work for one of the largest corporations in America and my pay is shit (as is my co workers') and do not have benefits because they keep everyone under 30 hours a week. Before the pandemic and inflation it was ok at best but it's pathetic right now, and the cherry on top is this companys' profits are higher than they've ever been. Its not a bad job but the pay sucks and because its not a bad job they keep the pay low. Someone recommended IWW elsewhere but just wanting additional advice if anyone has any.
