I don't know where to really begin so ill say this, I have a small, full-time job where there are only less than 10 employees where most of us are being paid 8$/hrs including new managers. We have inquired about pay raises for the few of us that still work here but all I've been told is that there is some “pay freeze” that is preventing this from happening. Is there anything I can do about this?
