Fucking weird. Every business owners I've worked for always have this attitude not knowing anything on the industries.
One of them was very ignorant with the business market, and another one wanted me to make profit without giving any support.
This time, this boss who came from very rich means does not know how to socialize with the people. My business is about providing zones for small companies to have them run pop-up stores in specific terms, but he barely takes care about the store, staffs, facilities and so on.
He just told me that I have to deal with them, but is really hesitant on spending money on repairing the store's essential parts.
He also said, that I do not have to listen and do what the store staffs ask. (FYI, every staffs in the store are hired by outsourcing company, and my boss has contract with them)
I reallly do not get it. He doesn't want to hear them, he doesn't want to invest on his business, AND THEN he wants me to generate revenue?!!
This is bullshit. I dunno why I have to work for stupid ppl and this work culture in Korea.
