Why am I always the one expected to be perfect on the job

I don’t understand why I cannot make ONE mistake. Other employees can make like 80 billion mistakes on the job and no one ever calls them out. Here’s what literally boils my blood to the temperature of 200. Say I’m using a ladder to get the cups off the shelves and a manager calls me to help a customer, I may have forgot because there were so many customers. The manager literally gets rude and says “you need to put this back no one is a maid around here.” I literally have to bend over backwards at every job because they EXPECT ME TO BE PERFECT. It’s literally so ridiculous. Other employees can leave meat sitting out and forget and no one gets on their bottom about forgetting. I make a slight mistake and leave a ladder out or forbid I leave a spoon out and here comes the preaching…

I don’t know if they are underestimating my intelligence because I seem young even though I am in my 20’s. Just because I appear young does not mean I just came out of high school or better yet middle school. Why do managers expect me to be perfect. Do they hold me to a higher standard…….????????????????????
