My work is insanely toxic, so many people left, everyone is left scrambling doing multiple peoples work and on top of it they want to reduce headcount and pay people even less.
I’m sick of the game. I’m applying and two potential jobs at the final stages of interviewing. Plus I have other things going on

Courage to just say f you and leave this horrid company ?!
