Im in a part of my life where I'm sending out applications daily, and as title says, every job application I've ever sent in has had me send them my resume and cover letter, and has asked me to enter all of this information myself after as well (sometimes in which you can't move on without doing it). Half the time they're also accompanied by these 30 minute personality surveys that have you answer the same question 50 times. I have a new appreciation for LinkedIn jobs that only ask for you to send them their resume. Do you think these companies are just dumb and archaic? Or are they are running us through all these dumb hoops as another way to keep us a down
