I work in an office from 9-18, with one unpaid hour for lunch. From that 8 hours, i spend almost 90% of the time pretending to be busy. In summer, we spend two months working from 8-14. Everyone is happier, works more and it's much more efficient. Also the costumers adapt to the new schedule so there's no problem. To me, everything is better. We work better and we are happier. So my question is, why can't we do it all year? What's stopping my boss to do it? I simply don't understand it.
