Why do companies lie about salaries on job applications? Giving bandings saying salary is negotiable and then saying it's the lowest end of the salary upon offering a role.
Even checking with the HR reps who work for the companies beforehand to determine and they just flat out lie. There should be someone who can hold these lying time wasters accountable. What is the point wasting applicants, and interviewers time?
Apologies for the rant, after having my time wasting applying and interviewing for a role with a bottom end salary after being lied to all the way through has got me a little angry.
