This is my first time posting on Reddit so please forgive me if I make any mistakes. I was recently job hunting on the standard sites and I couldn’t help but notice the weird demanding language most employers use on their job offerings. A lot of them expect you to bend over backwards and kiss their asses with no benefits listed. Some of them don’t even mention the pay! Most of these companies are desperate for workers but can’t even give us a hook?? It’s like they expect workers to come begging for their crappy supplemental pay job. I’m still new to the job market so maybe that’s why I find it so funny. It’s even better when they include their company’s whole history. I might not know the pay, but at least I know some guy name Lawrence founded the company in 1952. Lovely.
