I (22M) am a veteran who is trying to enter the civilian job market for the first time and out of all of my applications I've only been selected for 4 interviews. Three were on zoom and one was a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up for any of them. I reached out to make sure everything was okay, and days later still no reply. My question is why do they even reach out and schedule interviews if they're just not going to show up?
