Why do employers need to know the address of every apartment I’ve lived in for the past 3 years, the addresses of jobs that are already listed in my resume, a bio in addition to a cover letter, etc.? I honestly can’t imagine how any infromation past what’s in a resume and cover letter is needed to hire someone (and even cover letters I’m not a fan of).
