Really, though? You ever notice that person in the workplace who just shuts up, does their job to perfection, but never gets moved up and they're the longest with the company/industry?
Why? I don't get it
I'm that guy… I make mistakes, I really do and I'm not the best thing in the world. My work speaks volumes, though. I did get offered a manager position at lower pay than I was making, and recently switched companies because fuck slaving for false promises.
What's your thoughts and/or experience with that person?
