Time and time again. If a business has a job board offering employment and looking for employees. Why do they do this?
1) Why do they post the hourly pay but when you get there and except the job, you were hoodwinked?
2) Why do they make you guess on the job board with no salary available?
3) Why do they bypass your resume when one of your experiences matches 1, 2, or 3 things within the job board?
4) Why do companies force your hand when you expect a raise?
5) Why do management act like what you’re doing is lazy even though you’re busting your behind based on the job description you took up?
Anybody knows why? What’s your experience?
