I'm not sure if this morally aligns with this sub, and I'm not sure if this article is satire (it's from 2011). But it does bring up some interesting points. If millions of people max their debt and never pay it back, it could destroy our financial system. This is insane, but I understand the logic
Doing this could wreck peoples lives, cause starvation, disease, and violence. But I'm not sure how else we can fix such a broken system
I don't want to advocate for violence, or idealistic bullshit, it makes me feel gross (and maybe that's the whole point, the rich want to use our morals against us). But I just wonder if there is a realistic solution to all of this. I don't think we will be able to vote someone in that will radically change our system for at least another decade (am I wrong for thinking this?).
