Don't get me wrong i get why it would piss you off to see someone leave early when you have to stay but like shouldn't you be mad at management for not respecting your emergency situations as valid reasons to leave early instead of hating on co workers for having children? It's not like they get paid when they have to leave early? I get that having kids is a choice but we are all a product of someone making that choice and I'm just sick of the hate parents get on this sub. Also I've worked in recruiting and the amount of hiring managers that won't hire a candidate (read: mom) once they find out they have children is gross. Okay rant over. Thank you
