Quit my Pharmacy student job after shit treatment

So I am a final year pharmacy student and I worked in a community pharmacy while studying. There were a bunch of workers however all the shifts I was rostered for was with the children (2) of the owners of the the pharmacy. They would do absolutely nothing (minimal customer assistance, no vacuuming, no cleaning etc…) whilst I and the others would carry their slack plus our own duties. The woman they had in charge of the pharmacy was a horrible Karen Bigot. She would snap at all the other hardworking employees as if we were all lazy bastards while condoning the lazy behaviour of the other 2. During my last shift it had been a busy day, she called me to her desk as soon as the last customer left aggressively questioning why I had not vacuumed, cleaned the kitchen room and tidied the bin. I was so angry…

During my last shift it had been a busy day, she called me to her desk as soon as the last customer left aggressively questioning why I had not vacuumed, cleaned the kitchen room and tidied the bin. I was so angry but I did not snap, after that shift I wrote a long email to the actual owners of the business explaining how “ I QUIT” and how much I despised the Karen so much. She gave me terrible anxiety even till this day, Long story short she resigned out of embarrassment and I realised after 2 years of being employed I do not want to be managed by someone ever again, especially a Karen manager. I’m only 22 now
