Why does this sub not understand the value of sacrifice?

This sub seems to be convinced that by putting in minimal effort at work, with no “extra” sacrifice. you're entitled to receive the same results as the people who are willing to sacrifice for their company. More to the point, it seems like most of you don't care about your companies success because its “just a job” but get tee'd when someone who does care is provided more opportunity at your company . ​ please explain
