Why don’t we ask employers to sign contracts that WE write?

Title says it all. Having read through and signed a few employment contracts, and refused to sign contracts that were just terrible for me, it dawned on me that maybe the best way to take back some power in the process is to have an employer also sign one that I write up. One that protects me the same way their contract protects them.
