Why I walked out.

So after a throwing me into the fire of first day at this bakery, without much training, and no break after 7 hours straight, and finishing pies and cakes, and served over 100 customers. I walk to the back of house to see the supervisor unapologetically stuffing her face with fresh hot empanadas. Mind you, no break for me, bathroom or lunch. Then, towards the end of shift, this same supervisor( the owners wife ), decides to say she’s going to have to give cash tips to Marcos(manager) for helping out today. Marcos is a manager and upon being hired I agreed to try it out because the tips would compensate for lack of pay. I asked her, so managers get tips now?! She says well he really stepped up and I’m going to have to give him something… How about his dam pay rate! After watching her feed her…

I walked out shortly after.
Fuck that place.
