Why in the world do people on this sub still give their employer the reasons they call out or say no to a shift??

If they ask why, learn the phrase “unfortunately due to personal reasons/an illness, I am just not able to come in today.” It’s literally never failed me in my entire career between fast food, healthcare, all of it. Just stop giving reasons that your bosses can spin as not that “important.”
