I'm familiar with bosses who yell. Like, they are everywhere and they yell for no reason but employees can't cry when they're yelled at?? Otherwise it's “unprofessional”?? Yelling is more unprofessional than crying IMHO eg you have to be provoked to cry but nothing warrants yelling.
