Vic aus, worried my boss might think I’m faking being sick

So I work as a casual, I'm unsure what the us and UK term for it would be but basically, we aren't guaranteed hours, aren't given sick or personal leave pay, instead we are given a 25% increase on our pays. Usually I have steady work 5 days a week for a few hours a day and for the most part I really enjoy it, I love my job because I get to work by myself while my coworkers do their tasks, Its a job I enjoy and look forward to going to. But the thing is I've had to call in sick and miss work several times. But the thing is I've had to call in sick and miss work several times.

I've had to take a week upto almost two weeks off because of my kidneys getting infected, I'm asymptomatic until it reaches my kidneys which I'm stuck between home, my doctor and the hospital.

There's been one or two times I've called in sick because I had covid symptoms and needed to wait for test results.

But this week I've had to miss work twice.
The first time was because I have cysts under my nails and joints which were incredibly painful and had to be drained multiple times.
Today I had to leave work after two hours because I couldn't squeeze spray bottles without my hands cramping, I was fatigued and just was not feeling good. So I went home and took a covid test which thankfully was negative.

I'm not missing out on work because I want to have time off, I need the money and I like my job.

95% of the time I also supply doctors notes stating I wasn't fit to work, the other 5% is when I couldn't get into the doctors. I'm not required to give a doctor's certificate but I do my best to get them anyway.

If I need time off I request it a month in advance minimum as well.

I'm just worried they think I'm making it l up when really I'm not, I love my job, my body just hates me.

Before anyone asks, yes I see my gp regularly, please don't give medical advice as I'm not asking for it and you're not my gp.
