I take a lot of assessments these days while I'm applying for Help Desk jobs. This one is a challenge: Staff cannot share test results with you… on the one hand I'm glad they're being honest about the blind nature of the test, but on the other hand- really? Could y'all please just tell us what we're getting right and what we're getting wrong? Doesn't this idea seems to serve everyone's best interest? Or maybe not. What do I know? (Not like they'll tell me…)
