I've been in my field for 17 years, I'm sick of the company I work for so I've been job searching. But why is it these companies want to pay someone with 17 year experience the lowest wages possible? And when I do find one that is offering decent pay I find out that the vacation time they off is terrible, first 4 years is a whole 5 days or 40 hours of vacation time. But once you hit 5 years you get 10 days or 80 hours. Or their insurance is total garbage, if they offer insurance at all
