I'm from Singapore, and just need to rant about the work cultures. The 5 most developed country in Asia but we can't even afford to get more than 14 days of leave or get a longer maternity or paternity leave? I read about the coffin houses of Hong Kong and the work to death culture in literally everywhere. Not sure about the others, but Singapore we do not even have a union for workers. Why is it so hellish for us?
