My brother has more experience but is paid less than me
I have been working at this warwhouse for around 4 months and I am getting 20$/h with around 3 years experience.
My brother was looking for work and he came for an interview at the same place I work at but weirdly he was stressed and the salary was not so clear. He has 1 more year experience than me and he only got 18$/h.
Help please!! What should I do I feel so bad. He was so disappointed seeing the salary and he was working so hard and already much better than people that have been there longer…
