Why psychological violence is still broadly accepted and normal in the workplace?

I can’t accept the fact that bosses still yell, humiliate their workers and it is still totally acceptable. What is the difference of domestic violence and workplace violence? THEY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED THE SAME. Why can my boss talk to me in a louder voice when this behavior is not even acceptable at his own home? Why do we still normalize this behavior? We are talking about people that spend more than 8 hours in a place where their bosses treat them like garbage, humiliate and are hostile most of the time. I worked in 4 companies and in 2 of them I had abusive bosses. It’s 50%! Bosses CAN NOT be allowed to treat their employees poorly. Being a boss does not give the right to yell at anyone.
