Why quiet quitting is PR bullshit

In the first place, companies and bosses already assume you're not working your arse off and dedicating 100% of your human-life energy to work. In the first place, they are already giving you more work on top of what you can handle whilst also laying more and more off the job. In the first place, the pay is already so piss poor as to not incentivize work, unlike CEOs who get bonuses for laying people off just to get the net profits up (ffs). See, the baseline is that companies and bosses ALREADY act this way. There's literally only ALL gains from them to believe that a person is “quiet quitting.” It just gives them another fucking excuse to validate their shitty behaviors and work practices.
