Why would I feel guilty?

My work started off as a great place to work, the boss was actively engaged, delivered on training as promised and I was learning a lot, heck I even talked them into a 30k raise (I asked for 20 they gave 30) then about 4 months in they randomly pull back, decide the firm is changing and they are taking a high view for the business (seems excessive as there are only 14 of us in the firm) now he doesn’t talk to me.. like at all. I spend more time navigating this random mess of personal relationships at work rather than actually doing work so I’m saying fuk it. Another place has offered a raise of about 15k to join them so I’m thinking I’d be an idiot not to take it, but I still have some guilt around it.
