Why you shouldn’t gaf about giving your job a two weeks notice

I was at a job for 12 years, very loyal, never written up, never got in trouble, always got tons of positive feedback from clients. I decided the best thing was for me to leave because in all those years my hourly salary had only gone up by two dollars an hour…..in 12 years.
