Quick question on where to look for some legal advice:
Teacher here, signed for next year at a school with low pay and difficult working conditions that are, as I understand, not the worst around my area.
Part of the contract is a clause stating something to the effect of:
I will not seek employment elsewhere
With no set parameters of what is meant by this or time frame.
This has to me illegal or unenforceable, and I’m just looking for a starting point to investigate.
