After getting into some ridiculous discussions on this sub lately I’ve very curious what this sub is really offering anyone other than a place to bitch. What is the goal of this sub?
Everyone here loves to say “we need a 4 day work week” or we need this that and the other. Well ok? I see posts and comments like that every damn day on this sub but never see any community organization posts. I understand in a sub of 2 million there are a lot of voices so why are we all just shouting into the void and doing fuck all about our circumstance?
This could be a decent grassroots movement to organize and i dunno make a dent in company culture and progressing workers rights. But instead it’s pictures of stupid signs and “i quit today, yay me.” Im so fucking tired of everyone posting about what we need or how awful their boss/job is while not doing jack shit about it.
Let’s fucking organize for the love of god.
