I started working at home customer service and it's a total nightmare! I was desperate for work and decided to take the job, the training is horrible it's basically do it yourself and no one to guide you. It's so tedious learning about something so useless instead of teaching me how to actually handle calls. Trying my best to make it last, but I don't think I'll last past training. I need advice 🙁
Also: sorry for the horrific grammar I can't think straight because of all the tears, COVID, and horrible training.
