So my boss gave me an offer letter because I'm graduating in an attempt to keep me, but I noticed something a bit fishy. The “401(K) Profit sharing and Trust” isn't a 401K or profit sharing. It's a trust that they take our money and put it into. On top of that it also states that in order to get all of YOUR money back that you put into the trust you have to work here for 6 years. If you dont THEY keep YOUR money.
