My employer switched their payroll and HR tech provider about 3 months ago. Since that switch, none of my 401k contributions have been deposited to my 401k account and I have no idea where that money is because it was not in my pay check, and it’s not in my 401k. I’ve made HR aware and was told that the HR technology provider was the one that needed time to sync the deposits. However, weeks later and my 401k contributions are still missing from my account and I’m losing that time and money, with no end in sight. All I am told is that I will get an update soon.
Is there anything I can attempt to get this resolved more quickly?
