I was 15 mins late to a shift, almost on the dot, I accept I was late my responsibility. I apologised and I thought we’d move on, but my manager told me AFTER my shift ended, that I wont be paid for my first hour. So I pretty much worked the first 45 mins for free. Is this not wage theft? I was late sure but I only missed 15 mins?
