Work at the airport

As I’m walking to the entrance to clock in, the fire alarms are sounding and the building is being evacuated. I was supposed to clock in at 8:00, but am unable to and have been waiting with everyone else outside for the past 30 mins. Am I entitled to have them manually punch me in at the time I was supposed to clock in? Or since I wasn’t exactly “working” do I miss out on the time spent waiting for the airport to open back up? Other employees that were clocked in when this happened, are still clocked in
