Work at Whole Foods, posted this on the r/wholefoods page, wanted to see what you all think

Hello all, So I got this whole situation going on at work with a couple of our employees not getting their job dialogues back, it has been two months (it's our annual chance for a wage increase so it's pretty uncool). I won't get into the details of that. Because of this situation I have discovered that WFM now employs a new Job Dialogue/Wage Increase system. I was like , “Cool… I can log on to workday, pull the GIG up, and read all about it” Nope. Nothing is there. I try calling the HR number down in Austin… says they aren't taking calls…. I call the legal number… the machine acts funny and hangs up. I try calling my region, the South Region, and the HR number does not work there either. Firstly, fuck you manager… give us our god damn raises, we work hard for you and you're aloof as fuck. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE TM HANDING IN THE JOB DIALOGUE AND NOW WE'RE IN THIS MESS… GIVE US OUR GODDAMN RAISES.

Secondly, if a corporation updates a policy regarding wage increases, they in turn need to update their employee handboook, or GIG, so that TM's will have all the information they need to know. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE WHEN THE POLICY CHANGED… FUCK YOU SOUTH REGION HR… GET YOUR LEGAL TEAM TO PUMP OUT 2 GODAMN PARAGRAPHS, HOLY SHIT

Lastly, are we getting downsized? Is something up? I'm pretty concerned with this company… especially after being part of a store that was closed down and abandoned (I can write several pages about that endeavor…. bottom line…. higher up people suck at supporting stores). And being near with others stores that closed.

Just needed somewhere to vent… thanks!!!
