I need to rant about this because I am so baffled at the tactics of management. So my work does a thing called a “roadshow” where basically all employees join a meeting and upper management brag about how well the companies doing and discuss the profut turnover and thanks the staff for the effort for making this possible.
Fast forward a week and a new commission structure is introduced decresing monthly commission from around £500 to capped at £100, understandably a lot of staff left. So the remaining staff have to pick up the slack, so doing more work, for less pay, and it's just expected?
I think my resignation is going in on monday.
