I already know it's illegal to fire an employee for discussing wages. What I'm wondering about is what I can do in response. Should I contact legal counsel? I've considered calling their bluff by writing my own wages down and posting it up in the employee clock in station, encouraging others to do the same but idk if that will help.
The company in question is Bon Appétit, a catering company. Idk if they do more than college campus restaurants but the one I'm currently working in is on a university campus.
