So my job has been having issues with hours and having too many people. So they’re solution was to either cut some shifts or cut hours so there won’t be scheduling issues through the slower season. So that means my schedule since I maintain a lot of clients is staying the same. However if you don’t prebook a lot of client your in more danger. For me though that dos mean I’m being cut hours each check. I don’t even do 80 hours for 2 weeks. I’ve asked for more hours, but I do 68 cause the standard is a 6 hour shift. I don’t know if I’m overreacting by now looking for a new job or if I’m just justified. I’ve never really had issues with my job aside from them taking away commission and shifty raises.
