The other week my Maintenance man tried to fight me twice and ended up getting fired. An investigation was done and it was found that he was completely in the wrong. A handful of board members called me and told me I should let the situation go (they are good friends from before I got here). Fast forward to this week and the board added a million and one things to my work load and hoping I slip up because of it all.
