So I just got a new job at this well known physical therapy place I’ve been there a week and I feel extremely lied to. So first I was given set hours when starting. Then after I signed my name on the dotted line they say if we don’t have patients we have to leave early and not get paid. Then my boss told me some times the schedule is too busy and I can’t have lunch but I have to clock out for thirty minutes by law. If I have to do this because I can’t get unauthorized over time. They also told me I have to get a TB I have to pay for last minute. They also don’t have anyone in like five of our offices making us have to answer phones for five offices with no extra pay! Have I mentioned I’ve been there less than a week. Also did I mention they said I have to train in a different place other than my home office last minute. Any tips?
