My job literally took 30 minutes off per day of worked hours because of a mandatory break we are suppose to take. We work kitchen and there is no time for a break. Our local manager knows this so thought of a work around. We stay another 30 minutes extra just sitting there doing nothing. They still take off 30 minutes from our time but now we take that break at the end of the work day, which is so stupid. It's just a waste of time; they still pay and we lose 30 minutes. Feels humiliating like they just wanna show they're in charge. Damn, just let us do our jobs and leave.
