Our manager and supervisors keep telling us how good of a job were doing and that if someone transfered from another location that that person would instantly quit. Yet, we still get payed the same as them. Even during the times where we just get flooded with donations while only one person is at the door (sunday is the only day we have 4 people in the building for this job, every other day is only 3 which is basically 1.5 because of our breaks being close together, sometimes one right after another, and one of us having to deal with the truck that takes like 2 hours to do.)
P.s. Please dont bring a uhaul to a small goodwill store you will kill the employees
