I've emailed HR and my manager and have heard nothing back in days. It's like they're ignoring the issue. I'm down a few hundred dollars in pay from those three weeks.
The $2 pay discrepancy is equal to a differential for the particular work I do that I have not been getting paid despite doing that work. My employer is just not paying me this differential anymore, even while other employees get it for the same work.
I have an attorney, who specializes in labor and employment. Is it time for me to turn this matter over to my attorney to handle it.
