Just a quick summary the guy is the typical bootlicking Republican MAGA supporter. Thinks his way is always right and has been known to bully people in the past.He use to pick on me till I stood up to him and even informed my Union of his act who said something to my boss. Now the guy is an afraid near me even if I just say Hi to him. So he's one of those who will bully you till you punch them in the mouth as the saying goes. My Old Meat manager use to also hate when he'd go away and this guy was in charge as he would fuck up everything. He's also one of those who loves to find any reason to snitch on everyone else. There was an incident with a former co worker he had every right to tell our store director about. The issue I had was I passed by them talking about it and this guy had a glee of joy in his face and voice getting this girl in trouble. Seriously you did the right thing reporting the person but gaining happiness for it and her potential firing is kind of fucked up. Another time the guy who cuts my meat for my mother wasn't there and he had told me this guy could do it as he showed him how too. When I asked him he gave me a ton of bullshit and when my mom got there the cutlets weren't done and my Assistant manager had to get someone still there to do it.
Anyway my coworker who is also autistic hard time trusting people etc has told me a few instances of this guy getting into debates with him because he's more liberal/Progressive and this guy can't stand anyone on the other side. My buddy said to him the one day “you are one of those republicans if they took over the government you come and kill every liberal or anyone who disagrees with you like me right.” Dude flat-out admits he would. Always telling my buddy that he doesn't want to admit he's right he's wrong. This is a union rep mind you. only reason more don't step forward is he's kind of a hypocrite. He's actually a good union rep but he's the type of guy who would vote for non union things if that makes sense. Because he's so good others won't go against him as he's helped them in the past.
There's also been other bullying like not staying to help my coworker clean up. Using excuses how he's the lowest man on the totem pole so he needs to clean up. Even not cleaning up his own mess etc. My buddy wants to report him but at the same time a little scared.
Any suggestions? Is there anything I could do? I know his new meat Manager decent but not enough like my old one where I could go up to him and be like “yo can you tell X to knock it off because if he doesn't I'm just gonna go to HR on him for this” Which I'm not even sure I can do as it's a different union. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
