Basically I have worked at a business for the last 3 years, I have been promoted 2 occasions and really enjoyed the job, during the last 18 months they have refused to train me correctly, won't give the projects and have seriously abused my good will, friday I found out they won't pay me the overtime I earned during a project rollout that mentioned had to deliver 70 training sessions in 38 locations, which could only been done at night and refusing to extend the project when another over ran, I was the only person capable of done both. Now they saying should have managed my time (which I did) and I did this with manager approval, I just flipped and walked out should go and see what they say now or should I just leave.
