I love my current job, it's easy and I work from home. Also I like my colleagues and we are friends, even my boss is nice. I have a lot of freedom if I have private appointments (doctor or anything else) during worktime. The only problem is the salary. I work in this company for 4 years and didn't get a single raise or other things like a car for my meetings with customers. As I married last year and we bought a house together, we need as much money as we can get to build the foundation for a family.
Now I got a job offer that nearly doubles my yearly salary but it's a much bigger company where I probably will just be a number in the system and won't have such an easy and espacially safe job.
Now I'm conflicted if I should risk my safe job that pays the bills for something unknown but much more money.
Does anyone here have similar experiences? Is it worth the risk?
